Today, there are approximately 120,000 PCC members across the country. Regular meetings, education programs, mailer clinics and seminars keep members informed of developments in the Postal Service. The PCC was established in 1961 to improve communications between USPS customers and managers. The organization has grown increasingly important since the 1970’s, when business mailing issues became a primary focus.
