This year's PCC Opening Session at the National Postal Forum proved to be a very informative and open exchange of honest feedback. We committed to share the results of the peer-to-peer roundtables and the electronic survey questions within two weeks of the end of the Forum. Attached is a summary of the results along with the actual screen shots of the live voting. The customer experience data has been shared with senior management for followup action to improve our customer experience and the PCC data with the PCC Advisory Committee in order to continue the dialog with you during the Postal Customer Café webinars that start May 2.
